Marketing. Product.
Engineering.
All three, one person.
Fifteen years finding customers, shaping products, and now shipping software. The role you're hiring for is the first one I've seen that asks for all three at once.
Marketing
Most of my twenties in the London B2B trenches. Demand gen, lead gen, growth marketing. Ten years that taught me how to find customers who don't know they want the thing yet, write copy that moves money, and build a campaign from a blank Google Doc.
Product
Founded Levity Leads Ltd. Built it as a product company dressed as an agency: same delivery model whether the client is a two-person SaaS or a Series B fintech. Moved back to Cape Town in 2022 and kept running it remotely. Took on CMO consulting because the line between marketing and product stopped making sense once I was running both. Currently CMO consultant for MyMiniFactory and Thingiverse, rebuilding positioning and growth from inside.
Engineering
Stopped calling myself "not technical" and started shipping software. AI changed what one person can build. In the window since: Kern (the AI OS that runs my work and built this brief), Content Engine, BookerBot, GreenLord, The New Dad Playbook. Not a software engineer. I ship software. The distinction matters.
