Thirteen years finding customers, shaping products, and now shipping software. The role you're hiring for is the first one I've seen that asks for all three at once.

Most of my twenties in the London B2B trenches. Demand gen, lead gen, growth marketing. Seven years that taught me how to find customers who don't know they want the thing yet, write copy that moves money, and build a campaign from a blank Google Doc.

Product

2020 → present · Agency + Levity Leads + CMO

Productised agency delivery from 2020: same playbook whether the client is a two-person SaaS or a Series B fintech. Founded Levity Leads in 2025 as the formal structure around five years of this work. CMO consulting because the line between marketing and product stopped making sense. Currently CMO consultant for MyMiniFactory and Thingiverse, rebuilding positioning and growth from inside.

Engineering

2025 → now · Agency pivot, AI systems for businesses

Pivoted the agency into building AI systems for businesses. What one person can ship changed overnight. In the window since: Kern (the AI OS that runs my work and built this brief), Content Engine, BookerBot, GreenLord, The New Dad Playbook. Not a software engineer. I ship software. The distinction matters.

Why the shape fits TWB Voice

The role usually takes a team of three. Occasionally two. Rarely one.

A Business & Partnerships Strategy Consultant who can do the job needs to close deals with frontier labs, shape strategy that scales into seven figures, and hold a credible technical conversation with the engineers building voice models.

Partnerships & business development

Thirteen years of finding customers, framing offers, closing work they didn't know they wanted. Cold outreach, warm intros, channel strategy, contract shaping. The day-one job of the role.

Strategic product & positioning

CMO consulting isthe job of sitting between "what is this" and "who wants it." Licensing posture, packaging, pricing, narrative, partner economics.

Technical credibility

Can audit a frontier lab's data needs, write the spec, prototype the deliverable, and not need an engineer in the room for the first three conversations. This application is the receipt: eight days, one person, same AI tooling TWB Voice will commission.
